Cheerful Crafters Club membership
Your membership is £12 a month, and you can cancel any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. I don’t offer refunds for part-months.
When you join, you get instant access to the members’ area. By joining, you agree to start your membership straight away and understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you’ve accessed it.
Craft kits I post to you
If you change your mind, you can return an unused kit within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the kit price. Please email me first, and send it back in its original condition. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or I’ve made a mistake.
If your kit arrives damaged or something’s missing, email me within 7 days with a photo and I’ll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Craft classes and workshops
Class places aren’t refundable if you can’t attend or don’t turn up on the day.
If your class includes a kit or products, I’ll post them to you so you don’t miss out, and you’ll still have everything you need to make your project at home.
If I ever need to cancel a class, I’ll offer you a place on another date or a full refund.
Digital downloads (guides, ebooks and printables)
Because you get digital products instantly, there are no refunds once you’ve downloaded them. If a file doesn’t work, just let me know and I’ll fix or replace it.
Stampin’ Up!® orders
Orders placed through my Stampin’ Up!® online shop are sent directly by Stampin’ Up! and are covered by their own returns policy, which you’ll find on their website. I’m always happy to help if you need a hand.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of me receiving your return or agreeing your refund.
